Designed for comfort, privacy, and a premium guest experience.

Booking & Payment

Your stay is confirmed once a 10% deposit is paid on the day of your booking if booked more than 30 days in advance. The remaining payment has to be paid in full 30 days before arrival

Bookings made within 30 days of your stay have to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds for early departure or no-shows.

Occupancy

Our lodges are designed for a peaceful, adults-only escape.

  • 2 adults maximum per lodge
  • Strictly over 21s only
  • No children or infants permitted
  • Only registered guests may stay

Minimum Stay

  • 2-night minimum during low season
  • 3-night minimum on high-season weekends (June to August)

Enjoy discounted rates on stays of 5 nights or more.

Pets

To maintain our high standards, we operate a strict no pets policy.

Guest Experience

We pride ourselves on providing a tranquil, luxurious environment.

  • No parties or events
  • Please respect neighbouring properties
  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings

Failure to comply may result in your stay being ended without refund.

Hot Tub Experience

Relax and unwind – responsibly
Use is at your own risk

Please follow all guidance provided:

  • No glassware in or around the hot tub
  • Shower before use
  • Replace the cover after use

Misuse may result in access being withdrawn.

Damages & Care

We kindly ask guests to treat the lodges with care. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged. The lead guest is responsible for the property during the stay.

Additional cleaning charges will apply if this policy is breached.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors or anywhere on the site, except at the main gates.
  • No BBQ or candles are permitted to be used on-site.

Liability

Guests use the property and all facilities at their own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings
  • Accidents or injuries during your stay

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or end a booking where necessary to protect the property or guest experience.
